Welcome to the Li Lab @ CUHK BME
We utilize advanced biomaterials, human stem cells, and novel fabrication processes and culture platforms to engineer tissues for (1) neuromusculoskeletal repair and regeneration, (2) modeling human neuromusculoskeletal diseases to understand pathological mechanisms, (3) evaluating the safety and efficacy of potential drugs in a high-throughput manner, and (4) developing precision medicine that addresses patient heterogeneity for improved patient outcomes.
